Shirodhara is a deeply relaxing Ayurvedic treatment, the term derived from two Sanskrit words, “Shiro” (head) and “Dhara” (flow).

In this traditional Ayurveda therapy, warm oil is gently poured on the forehead to balance the mind and nervous system. The oil streams down the “crown chakra”, magnifying the senses.
It reduces stress, enhances immunity, and improves health and vitality.
Our Royal Shirodhara includes a Head Massage and starts with a 75-minute Balinese Body Massage. Note that you will need the included Hair Creambath as your hair gets oily from Shirodhara.

Options: You may skip the flower bath and extend the 75-minute massage to 90 minutes. For a surcharge of IDR250,000, you can replace lulur (soft peeling) with a boreh (warm healing pack).

Treatments:

Balinese Body Massage uses long strokes, thumb and palm to cover and idealize tired and aching muscles and for preventive treatment to your body.

Body Lulur is a spice exfoliation and polishing process that has been practised in the palaces of Bali and Java for centuries. Turmeric, rice, clove, and galangal are used. It’s an aromatic experience and lovely for all skin types.

Enjoy an Aromatic Flower Bath in a traditional tub after the massage. Countless fresh blossoms are picked in our garden for your pleasure — only the sky of Bali above you.
Option: If you want to skip the bath, we could extend the 75-minute massage to 90 minutes.

Traditional Facial is the royal Balinese beauty care treatment for pampering your face. Original fresh products like avocado, cucumber, lemon, exotic fragrant flowers, honey, egg whites, and bengkuang are commonly used in this treatment. These products promote the skin to become fresh and smooth, protect from dryness, and retain moisture.

Traditional Hair Creambath to tender all the muscles of the neck and shoulder as well as to nourish the roots of the hair and to give vitality to the hair by using fresh aloe vera and hibiscus
